Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the GutterFlow mobile application and related services ("the Service"). By creating an account or installing the app you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

GutterFlow is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old, be authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your company, and use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential, for all activity under your account, and for the data your team enters. Notify us at gutterflowapp@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

GutterFlow is sold as an auto-renewing subscription via Apple's App Store. Plans include weekly, monthly, and yearly tiers, with prices shown in-app.
A 7-day free trial is offered to new accounts. The first paid period begins when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. You can manage and cancel renewals at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
All charges go through Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices may change. We'll notify you at least 30 days before any price increase that would affect your renewal.

4. What you may not do

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except where allowed by law).
Resell, sublicense, or share your account with people outside your team.
Use the Service to send spam, harassing messages, or any content that violates someone's rights.
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or extract data belonging to other tenants.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you enter (clients, estimates, photos, sketches). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data only as needed to provide the Service. We don't claim any rights to your business data and will never use it to train AI models or sell to third parties.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance and rare outages may occur. Critical issues are communicated via email or in-app banner.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GutterFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The estimates, calendar reminders, and material calculations the app produces are tools to help your business. You are responsible for verifying them and for the work you sell to your customers.

8. Termination

You can stop using GutterFlow at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account (email gutterflowapp@gmail.com to request deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for illegal activity, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms.
